Recipe :: Porky'tilla Pizza

Last weekend was made for pita pizza with pork belly!

Ingredients:

1 tortilla wrap

1/2 cup pumpkin - steamed and pureed

1/2 cup button mushrooms - sliced

100g sliced pork belly

1 tablespoon cheese

Directions:

1) Place pork belly slices on a hot non-stick frying pan and let it fry in its own fat, till brown. Remove and place fried pork belly on absorbent kitchen paper towels to absorb excess fat.

2) Place a tortilla wrap on a tray, and spread pureed pumpkin on wrap.

3) Place pieces of fried pork belly and sliced mushroom over pumpkin spread.

4) Top off with grated / sliced cheese or your choosing. I used cheddar.

5) Bake at 150 Celsius till cheese melts (about 15 mins)

Time to tuck in!
